The English Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English language instruction to students of various age groups and proficiency levels. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing lesson plans that align with curriculum goals, assessing student progress, providing individualized support, and fostering a positive and motivating classroom environment. The teacher will also collaborate with other staff members, participate in professional development opportunities, and maintain open communication with parents and guardians to ensure student success.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree and have between 1 and 3 years of experience in teaching or a related field. Strong skills in Student Counseling, Teamwork, Classroom Management, Language Teaching, English Translation, and English-Indonesian Translation are essential. Proficiency in English and Indonesian, along with experience in TOEFL, IELTS, and Communication Skills, is highly valued. A passion for Lesson Planning and Teaching, combined with a commitment to student growth, will make a candidate well-suited for this role.
