Athena English Course sedang membuka kesempatan bagi English Tutor yang ingin bergabung sebagai bagian dari Athena Tutor Talent Pool.

Kami mencari tutor untuk berbagai program pembelajaran, baik untuk kebutuhan kelas reguler maupun kebutuhan student secara spesifik.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

• Kids English Tutor

• Teen English Tutor

• Public Speaking Tutor

• Business English Tutor

• TOEFL Preparation Tutor

• IELTS Preparation Tutor

• Pearson Preparation English Tutor

• English For Specific Purpose Tutor

📍 Work Location: Bandung.

🏫 Teaching Format: Primarily Offline.

🕐 Working Arrangement: Part-time / Teaching by Schedule, Flexible time.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Good command of English and strong communication skills

• Comfortable teaching students from different age groups, backgrounds, and learning needs

• Able to create a positive, engaging, and student-centered learning environment

• Responsible, communicative, punctual, and professional

• Demonstrates good ethics, attitude, and integrity in dealing with students, parents, colleagues, and the Athena team

• Willing to teach offline in Bandung

• Has a personal vehicle and reliable transportation to the teaching location

• Able to commit to agreed teaching schedules and arrive on time

• Able to adapt teaching approaches according to students’ levels, goals, and learning progress

• Willing to follow Athena’s teaching standards, curriculum, SOPs, and classroom procedures

• Open to feedback, evaluation, and continuous professional development

• Able to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and a safe learning environment for students

• Responsible for maintaining clear and professional communication with Athena regarding class schedules, student progress, and teaching-related matters

• Teaching experience is preferred, but we also welcome promising tutors with strong potential and a genuine interest in teaching

• Relevant certifications, academic background, or specialization in specific English programs are an advantage

A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:

• IELTS / TOEFL / Pearson certification or relevant qualifications

• Experience teaching Kids, Teens, Adults, or Business English

• Public Speaking experience

• Experience with CEFR-based learning

• Strong communication and classroom management skills
