Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma level qualifications, preferably in Teaching/ Education/ Early Childhood/English/ English Literature/ Linguistics/ TESOL
- Has the ability of a C1 Advanced Qualifications
- Must have a strong command of the English Language
- Willing to learn new skills/ methods of teaching
- The ability to operate with a high level of
- Integrity and professionalism
- Good administration skills
- An enthusiasm for teaching young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in team
- The ability to operate with a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Teaching experience is highly preferable
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Female, max 28 y.o.
- Willing to be located in Cirebon, Jawa Barat.
Responsibilities:
- Working with children between the ages of 2.5 to 18 years old
- Teaching pre-reading skills to children using the I Can Read System
- Teaching reading and comprehension skills using the I Can Read System
- Teaching I Can Read affiliated program
- Teaching writing skills, including grammar, editing and publishing
- Teaching oral presentation and communication skills
- Helping children develop social skills and positive classroom behavior
- Using I Can Read's positive reinforcement for classroom management
- Conduct initial assessments for all incoming students
- Regularly assess students classes to monitor individual progress
- Maintain regular open communication with parents, through informal meetings, formal meetings, progress and term reports.
- Keep attendace logs for all classes taught and update Center Management when a student is ready for promotion
