Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma 3 or Bachelor’s degree (preferably English Literature or English Education).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) – CEFR B2 to C1.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 2+ years of teaching experience will be prioritized.
- Residing near North Bekasi, Medan Satria, or Babelan is preferred.
- Hardworking, creative, and eager to learn.
- Skilled in using engaging, student-focused teaching methods.
Job Description
- Plan and deliver lessons based on UTEC’s teaching approach (Fun, Effective, Efficient).
- Prepare teaching media and use the Cambridge-based curriculum (resources and LMS provided).
- Record student grades and assessments in the Academic Information System.
- Manage daily scores, progress tracking, and extra classes.
- Communicate with parents and students when needed.
- Contribute to academic events and internal projects.

Working Hours
Mon – Sat: 13:00 – 21:00 WIB (8 hours/day), 1 hour break time (18.00 - 19.00 WIB)

Stage 1: HR Interview → Microteaching (Academic)
Stage 2: Finance Interview → 3-Day Observation → Onboarding & Training → Final Microteaching
