Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in English Education, English Literature, or a related field, with strong active English proficiency and solid pedagogical skills.
- High integrity, strong professional ethics, and the ability to serve as a positive Islamic role model (uswah hasanah) for students.
- Highly adaptable to existing curricula and classroom dynamics, capable of managing classes independently with strict punctuality and discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably within an Islamic school environment Elementary School.
- Capable of quickly adapting lesson plans (RPP/Modul Ajar) and assessments, and willing to commit to a short-term contract (e.g., 3 months).
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, student-centered English lessons to ensure smooth curriculum continuity during the main teacher’s absence.
- Prepare creative teaching materials and activities that naturally integrate Islamic values and adab (good manners) into language learning.
- Maintain a disciplined, conducive, and positive classroom environment, employing strategies to actively engage all students.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments according to the school’s formats and provide clear progress reports to the homeroom teacher or curriculum team.
- Communicate effectively with the main teacher and school staff for seamless handovers, while strictly upholding the institution’s rules and reputation.
