Job description for English Teacher - Bintaro Center at Edukita
About the role:
As our English Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in educating and inspiring young learners. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, adept at creating engaging lessons, and committed to helping students achieve their language learning objectives. You will be responsible for delivering dynamic lessons, and regularly assessing student progress.
You will be responsible for leading and teaching primary school students in On- Site Classes of no more than 12 students.
Requirements:
- A minimum 2-4 years of experience in teaching young learners is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, energetic, and patient, with a passion for teaching and education.
- Deep instincts when it comes to working with kids of all ages.
- Intuitive when it comes to classroom management, particularly group-based classes in an offline setting.
- Proficient in using technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bintaro Area.
