ABOUT THE ROLE:
Are you an English grammar expert passionate about helping Indonesians achieve global success? Are you a fun and dynamic teacher open to incorporating meaningful real-world roleplay activities to enhance our students' learning experience?
CIRCLE English is looking for an English trainer with a proven track record in grammar instruction and roleplay techniques. We are passionate about helping students achieve their goals and are seeking someone who shares this enthusiasm. If you have a creative approach to lesson planning and classroom interaction, we would love to hear from you
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and update the CIRCLE English curriculum and lesson plans for all proficiency levels.
- Teach grammar concepts using innovative methods, including role-play techniques.
- Contribute to the CIRCLE English "can-do" statements for each learning level.
- Organise real-life role-play activities, fun social events, and movie/book clubs.
- Support students with their educational goals, progress, and assessments.
- Flexibility to work a schedule of weekday evenings and weekends as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Essential Qualifications: Teaching experience and an English teaching qualification
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage confidently and connect with students.
- Instructional Expertise: Experience in English grammar instruction and roleplay ideas.
- Curriculum Development: Ability to contribute to the CIRCLE English curriculum.
- Lesson Plans: A creative approach to lesson planning for both offline and online classes.
- Selection Process: Participate in interviews, a demo lesson, and classroom observation.
