📝 Job Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, interactive, and effective English lessons for students of all levels, from Kindergarten to University/General English.
- Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and classroom activities.
- Administer and assist in Placement Tests, Mid Tests, and Final Tests, including evaluating and recording students' performance.
- Prepare teaching plans, teaching reports, and other academic documentation.
- Assist in managing academic administration, student records, and academic reports.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Academic Coordinator or Branch Manager.
🔎 Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in English Language Education, English Literature, or relevant degree.
- Minimum 1 year of English teaching experience. (Senior students with no classes left and Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply.)
- Minimum TOEFL score of 500 or equivalent.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a strong understanding of English grammar and language skills.
- Communicative, friendly, interactive, creative, and passionate about teaching.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with design tools such as Canva.
