We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Academic Coordinator to join our English tuition team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting academic operations, coordinating teaching activities, and ensuring the smooth delivery of English education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage academic schedules, lesson plans, and class arrangements
- Support teachers in curriculum delivery and academic planning
- Assist in developing academic materials and structured learning content
- Monitor student progress and provide academic feedback reports
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Holder of TOEFL or IELTS certification is preferred
- Prior experience in education, tutoring, or academic coordination is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
