Job description for engineering at Alfred in Bali
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily engineering tasks across assigned villas.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all systems and facilities are functioning properly.
- Handle preventive and corrective maintenance for villas, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and basic civil works.
- Respond quickly and effectively to maintenance issues and emergency situations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with a strong problem-solving approach.
- Supervising vendors or external technicians when necessary.
- Ensure all maintenance work meets safety and quality standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in good condition.
- Report maintenance activities (before, during, and after completion) clearly and accurately.
- Use WhatsApp and the company’s maintenance application for daily reporting and communication.
- Document issues with photos/videos and provide timely updates to the team.
General Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of MEP and civil works.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering, maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and able to handle urgent situations.
- Must have a working smartphone for communication and comfortable using mobile apps for reporting.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
