Job description for Engineering at Kresna Hospitality
As part of the Kresna Hospitality team, the Staff Engineering position plays a vital role in maintaining the operational excellence of our properties. This role is responsible for ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems operate efficiently and safely, supporting a comfortable and well-maintained environment for both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and building facilities.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues accurately and efficiently.
* Ensure all property facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely manner.
* Coordinate with the Operations team regarding maintenance activities and project updates.
* Prepare detailed material requests and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience as an Engineering Staff in a hotel, villa, or hospitality environment.
* Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (AC), and general building maintenance.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational abilities.
* Willing to work on a shift schedule.
* Immediate availability is an advantage.
