- Pria.

- Pendidikan Min. D3/S1 Teknik Mesin lebih diutamakan.

- Usia Max. 35 Tahun.

- Pengalaman Min. 2 tahun di Bidang Engineering (diutamakan mengerti tentang cylinder hydraulic)

- Melakukan pemeliharaan atau perbaikan terhadap unit yang dapat untuk di perbaiki.

- Mengerti dan dapat membaca gambar Teknik dan menguasai CAD/Solid.

- Mempunyai daya analisa yang baik terhadap problem dan penyesuaiannya.

- Mampu bekerja sendiri dan team serta dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan (under pressure)

- Bisa menggunakan alat ukur Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge, Thickness Gauge, Micrometer, dsb

- Memiliki kedisiplinan dalam bekerja

- Mengerti cara memperbaiki atau mengganti komponen yang rusak.

- Paham dan terbiasa dengan komponan alat berat seperti Hydraulic, Sylinder Sealing dll.

- Bersedia dinas luar kota
