Job description for Engineering at Further Hotel
● Minimum SMK/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
● 1–2 years of experience in a similar engineering or maintenance role, preferably within the hospitality industry
● Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and general building maintenance.
● Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel facilities and equipment
● Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.
● Familiarity with generators, water pumps, lighting systems, fire safety systems, and other building equipment.
● Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance procedures.
● Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices.
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
