Job description for engineering supervisor at ICON BALI MALL
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Electrical Engineering preferred/ Mechanical or equivalent.
- Having a BNSP building management certificate is preferred and other related certificates.
- Minimums have 2 years experiences as Supervisor Engineering (shopping mall).
- Accustomed to handling complaints from Tenants and vendors
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, including Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC
- Able to identification tool malfunction and doing improvement • A Strong leadership and capable to work in team
- Detailed knowledge of associated industry detailing standards, Auto-cad and MS Office literate
- Discipline, clean, have a sense of responsibility and dignified appearance.
- Good communication skill, excellence leadership, problem solving.
- Enable to work in team or independent.
- Based in Bali
