Job description for Engineering Staff at PT INSPIRASI KARYA MANAGEMENT
We are looking for a responsible and skilled Engineering Staff member to support building maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure that all engineering systems and facilities operate safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate has practical experience in building maintenance, a good understanding of HVAC, MEP, and plumbing systems, and the ability to perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, villas, or hospitality facilities is preferred.
- Good knowledge of building maintenance and engineering systems, including HVAC, MEP, and plumbing.
- Able to troubleshoot technical problems and perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Able to respond to maintenance emergencies and willing to work flexible hours when necessary.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.
- Understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
- Good knowledge of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Familiar with engineering tools, equipment, and workplace safety procedures.
- Able to identify technical issues and implement appropriate maintenance solutions.
- Technical or vocational education in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
