Job description for Engineering Staff at PT Dae In Tech Indonesia

Kualifikasi:

1. Minimal S1 Teknik Industri, Teknik Mesin, atau bidang terkait.

2. Minimal 1–3 tahun pengalaman di posisi yang sama atau sebagai Process Engineer / Industrial Engineer di industri manufaktur.

3. Terbuka untuk Fresh Graduate berprestasi yang memiliki pengalaman magang kuat di bidang manufaktur/produksi.

4. Mampu membaca gambar teknik sederhana dan mengoperasikan alat ukur presisi (seperti jangka sorong atau mikrometer).

5. Menguasai pengoperasian komputer dasar, khususnya Microsoft Excel untuk pencatatan data harian.

6. Memiliki ketelitian tinggi, cekatan, disiplin, serta taat pada aturan keselamatan kerja (K3) di area pabrik.

Tanggung Jawab:

1. Membantu Engineer dalam mempersiapkan dan menjalankan proses trial produk baru (new product trial) di mesin produksi.

2. Monitoring & Troubleshooting Ringan.

3. Mengumpulkan data hasil produksi, waktu kerja, dan angka kecacatan produk (defect) untuk dilaporkan kepada Engineer/Supervisor

4. Implementasi 5S / 5R di Area Produksi.
