Job description for engineering staff at PT. Bondar Loyo Management
Minimum 1 year experience as Technician, Engineering, Maintenance, or similar position.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC/HVAC, and general building maintenance.
Able to perform routine maintenance and basic repairs.
Able to respond to emergency maintenance issues.
Able to use basic tools and maintenance equipment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Able to follow technical instructions from Mechanic/Engineer.
Safety-conscious, responsible, and able to work independently.
Willing to work as a Daily Worker in a villa/property environment.
Willing to assist other operational teams when needed.
