Job description for Engineering Staff at Enso Bali
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on property facilities, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and other departments to ensure minimum disruption to operations.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions across the property.
- Conduct daily inspections of the building, grounds, and equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Assist in monitoring utility consumption and implementing energy-saving initiatives.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Engineering Staff or Technician, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong practical knowledge of building systems, AC maintenance, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
