Job description for ENGINEERING STAFF SPECIALIST HVAC at PT SARANA MANAJEMEN AKOMODASI
Requirements:
~ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/AC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair (Split AC, Standing, Central, etc.).
~ Vocational High School (SMK Teknik Pendingin/Listrik/Mesin) or Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
~ Proven track record in performing routine servicing, cleaning, freon refilling, and minor/major repairs with a target of minimum 90 units/month (approx. 3 units/day).
~ Strong knowledge of AC electrical wiring, compressor diagnostics, piping leakage repair, and preventive maintenance.
~ Experience in handling multi-property units (boarding house, co-living, hospitality, or residential properties) is highly preferred.
~ Willing to conduct operational visits and maintenance across ZIPKOS full-managed properties (Jakarta, Tangerang, Cikarang, and Jabodetabek areas).
~ Fast-response mindset, problem-solving skills, and high attention to facility safety standards.
~ Good communication skills, polite, and service-oriented towards tenants to maintain high customer satisfaction.
~ Must possess an active SIM C and own motorcycle for mobility between properties.
~ Domicile in Jakarta/Jabodetabek.
~ Able to join as soon as possible.
Job Description:
Perform routine servicing, deep cleaning, and freon refilling for AC units across ZIPKOS properties to meet monthly targets.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues (leakage, cooling failure, electrical faults, and noise issues) promptly.
Execute preventive maintenance schedules to prevent major component damage and extend equipment lifespan.
Provide fast-response support for tenant AC complaints to ensure maximum comfort and satisfaction.
Inspect, log, and report AC unit conditions and spare part replacement needs to the Engineering Manager.
Maintain clean working areas and uphold safety protocols during on-site maintenance.
