As an Engineering Manager, you will be accountable to lead a team of 5 - 10 engineers. You will need to have excellent ability in prioritization and tactical recommendation making along with deep technical expertise and eagerness to take a hands-on approach as necessary in delivering values for the customers. Also, it’s equally important to be passionate in taking care of the growth and development of the team.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong CS fundamentals
Good problem solving skills
Proficiency in Go Lang is mandatory
Working knowledge with Python, Django framework, SQL databases, Javascript, HTML, and CSS
Has experience working with a version control and continuous integration systems (e.g., Git)
Has experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Have a portfolio of solid projects & relevant experiences
