Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar teknik serta spesifikasi teknis.
Memiliki kemampuan analytical thinking dan problem solving yang baik.
Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, disiplin, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab.
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift dan mengikuti kebutuhan operasional perusahaan.
