Job Descriptions:
1. Engineering Leadership & Project Delivery
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering activities across multiple projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables aligned with project
schedules.
• Drive engineering quality, technical compliance, and design excellence.
• Support successful project execution through effective engineering
leadership.
2. Design Management & Technical Governance
• Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, specifications, and
technical submissions.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and
statutory regulations.
• Drive design optimization, value engineering, and technical
standardization.
• Resolve complex engineering and design challenges.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with Projects, Procurement, Planning, QA/QC, EHS, and
Commercial teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Support technical discussions, design reviews, and project meetings.
• Ensure effective communication across project teams.
4. Resource Planning & Capability Development
• Plan engineering resources based on project requirements.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams.
• Drive technical competency development and knowledge sharing.
• Support succession planning and team capability enhancement.
5. Engineering Performance & Continuous Improvement
• Monitor engineering KPIs, project progress, and resource utilization
• Drive engineering process improvements and digital engineering
initiatives.
• Promote innovation, standardization, and best engineering practices.
• Prepare engineering dashboards and management reports.
