Job description for Engineering Attendant at ZIN Canggu Resort & Villas
Job Summary :
The Engineering Attendant is responsible for supporting the Engineering team in maintaining the property’s facilities, equipment and infrastructure in safe, clean and good working condition. The role assists with routine inspections, preventive maintenance, minor repairs and general engineering related tasks to ensure smooth and uninterrupted hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Engineering team with daily maintenance and operational tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas and engineering facilities.
- Check basic conditions of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, mechanical and other building systems.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks within the scope of the position.
- Ensure maintenance issues are addressed efficiently to minimize operational disruption.
- Maintain engineering tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies and engineering standards.
- Keep engineering workshops, storage areas and work locations clean and organized.
- Assist in monitoring basic utility conditions, including electricity, water and other property utilities.
- Support the team during emergencies, breakdowns, events or high-demand operational periods.
