Job description for Engineering & Utility Specialist at Elabram Systems
Job Description
- Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on utility area
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing utility machines
- Conduct basic repairs on AC, chillers, dryers, exhausts, compressor, boiler, genset, etc
- Perform basic utility tasks such as installation, checks, inspections, and component replacements
- Complete maintenance logbooks, work orders, and reports in the CMMS
- Follow safety procedures including LOTO, PPE, and 5S workplace standards
- Support spare parts handling and maintenance tools management
- Participate in machine installation, testing, and commissioning when required
Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience in electrical / utility maintenance
- Good knowledge of utility system (AC, chiller, dryer, exhaust, compressor, boiler, genset, etc)
- Good knowledge of electrical & mechanical system
- Able to read technical drawing
- Good skill in troubleshooting and understand root cause analysis
- Good skill in communication & presentation
