Kami mencari Staff Engineering yang hands-on dan berpengalaman dalam pemeliharaan gedung / building maintenance untuk bergabung dengan tim kami.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Melakukan perawatan sistem listrik, plumbing, dan mekanikal

• Menjalankan preventive maintenance secara rutin

• Menangani perbaikan sipil ringan (basic civil repair)

• Melakukan troubleshooting dan penyelesaian masalah operasional harian

Kualifikasi:

• WAJIB NON-SMOKER (tidak merokok / tidak vape)

• Memiliki pengalaman di bidang maintenance hotel / apartemen / gedung

• Memahami sistem MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

• Memiliki kemampuan teknis yang menyeluruh (all-rounder)

• Bertanggung jawab, dapat diandalkan, dan memiliki kemampuan problem solving

• Sehat jasmani dan mampu bekerja lapangan

• Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris dasar (nilai tambah)

• Wajib memiliki sepeda motor pribadi

• Bersedia relokasi ke Bali

• Siap bergabung secepatnya

Position: Engineering & Maintenance Staff (MEP All-Rounder)

📍 Bali

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Staff with experience in building maintenance.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

• Perform preventive maintenance

• Handle basic civil repairs

• Troubleshoot daily issues

Requirements:

• Non-smoker (mandatory)

• Experience in hotel / apartment / building maintenance

• Knowledge of MEP systems

• All-round technical skills

• Reliable and problem-solving mindset

• Physically fit

• Basic English is a plus

• Must own a motorcycle

• Willing to relocate to Bali

• Ready to start immediately
