- Mampu berbicara Bahasa Inggris.
- Punya CV Bahasa Inggris.
- Memiliki background: teknik mesin, teknik industri, atau teknik elektro.
- Mampu menggunakan caliper dengan baik (akan dites).
- Domisili dekat dari kantor lebih disukai.
- Maksimal berusia 35 tahun.
