Job Description:

Bertanggung jawab dalam monitoring perangkat infrastructure Data Center : IPDU, Thermal Sensor, Applikasi DCIM
Bertanggung jawab dalam membuat report harian/ mingguan/ bulanan atas monitoring perangkat Data Center
Bertanggung jawab dalam memastikan ketepatan SLA atas issue dan reguler maintenance
Bertanggung jawab sebagai single point of contact antara technical engineer dan client untuk monitoring issue dan reguler maintenance

Job Requirement:

Pendidikan : D3/ S1 Teknik Komputer, Teknik Informatika, dan jurusan lain yang relevan
Pengalaman bekerja sebagai data center operation
Memiliki pemahaman terkait Computer Network : LAN, TCP/IP, Router, etc
Memiliki pemahaman tentang monitoring, IMS, dan DCIM
Memiliki pemahaman terkait kelistrikan
Siap bekerja shift 24/7, termasuk hari libur besar
Bersedia ditugaskan di area Jakarta Pusat
Memiliki kemampuan menganalisa dan komunikasi yang baik
Mampu bekerja sama dengan Tim
