Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Komputer, atau jurusan terkait.
Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang server, storage, atau data center lebih diutamakan.
Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman di bidang server dan storage.
Memahami instalasi, konfigurasi, troubleshooting, dan maintenance server.
Memahami konsep storage seperti SAN, NAS, RAID, backup, dan replication.
Memiliki pemahaman dasar mengenai sistem operasi Linux dan Windows Server.
Memahami dasar jaringan komputer (TCP/IP, VLAN, switching, routing).
Mampu melakukan monitoring dan preventive maintenance perangkat IT.
Memiliki kemampuan analisa masalah dan troubleshooting yang baik.
Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim.
Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dan mampu berkoordinasi dengan user maupun vendor.
Memiliki sertifikasi terkait server/storage menjadi nilai tambah.

Jam Kerja: Senin–Sabtu (Shifting)
