Job description for ENGINEER MEP / AC at PT ACADEMY PADEL CENTER (Rodri Ovide Academy)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Ensure room preventive maintenance are running well
2. Is a continual source of help and assistance to all the engineering team
3. Attend daily briefing and get a handover from the previous shift
4. Follow the routine Preventive maintenance task activity and recorded accordingly
5. Take care of any guest/ staff requests and complete them within the appropriate time. If unable to complete with your shift to hand over to next shift accordingly
6. Deliver the stock items for electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil / shift workshop
7. Assist chief engineer to establishes and maintain seamless interaction and communication with all related departments.
8. Able to work any shift that is assigned to him by Management or Chief engineer
9. Perform any other duties that may be assigned to him
10. Report any unusual and suspicious behavior of guests or staff to supervisor, senior management and security
11. Ensure to comply with the grooming standard
12. Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the work place
13. Conduct duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with X2 Bali Breaker Resort policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of service and communication is maintained
