Job description for End Point Security at PT Seraphim Digital Technology
Responsibility:
- Implementing new or additional EPP/EDR deployments in our customers’ environment, with possible integrations with other solutions.
- Maintaining existing EPP/EDR deployments in our customers’ environment by doing Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work.
- Configuring EPP/EDR tools for our customers’ use cases as part of implementation or tool enhancement services.
- Attaining product certifications as proof of solution expertise.
- Keeping up with new features if any, and trends in EPP/EDR use cases.
- Maintaining internal EPP/EDR labs for demo and troubleshooting purposes.
Qualifications required:
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, cyber security and or cyber background
- Min 2 (two) years service engineer focus on endpoint security experience in cyber market
- Experience in Windows and Linux processes and malware-related investigations
- Good communication skills
- Professional certification in cybersecurity (point plus)
- Product certification in endpoint security solutions (point plus)
