Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Content Creation, or related fields
• Experience in Chinese companies or heavy industry is a plus
• Skilled in content planning, photography, videography, and video editing
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social media trends
• Able to manage company media assets (photos, videos, and branding materials)
• Experienced in social media performance tracking and reporting
• Capable of developing content standards and SOPs
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills
• Able to work independently and execute projects from planning to completion
• Experience organizing employer branding campaigns, university partnerships, or recruitment events is preferred
• Proficient in operating cameras and content production equipment
• Willing to travel for content production and employer branding activities
Job Responsibilities
• Manage and grow Dingchang Group's social media presence
• Create engaging content to strengthen employer branding
• Support recruitment campaigns and HR initiatives through digital content
• Build partnerships with universities and external organizations
• Develop employee engagement and internal communication campaigns
• Maintain and organize company media assets
• Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports
