Job description for Employer Branding & Culture Specialist at WM Center

Job Description

Develop and execute employer branding strategy to strengthen WM Center as an employer of choice.
Develop employee engagement and culture-building programs to foster connection and sense of belonging.
Create engaging content showcasing WM Center’s people, culture, values, and employee experience.
Plan and execute employer branding activities, including career events, campus engagement, and recruitment campaigns.
Manage internal communication and culture campaigns across employee touchpoints.
Monitor engagement and employer branding initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communication, Marketing, HR, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in employer branding, employee engagement, HR, marketing, or related roles.
Strong communication, storytelling, and content creation skills.
Creative and up-to-date with social media and content trends.
Strong project management and event execution skills.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, sports, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
