- Assist to support employees, communicate decisions calmly, maintain a healthy work atmosphere.
- Assist to execute employees training programs, staff events.
- Gathers feedback/questions from employees.
- Monitor team morale, help resolve workplace conflicts.
- WFO: Monday-Friday 09.00-18.00 (1 hour break).
🟡Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Experience as same field or assist managing employees.
- Calm under pressure; (backgrounds in teaching, counseling, or complaint handling are highly preferred).
- Min. Intermediate English (WAJIB)
- Microsoft Office
