Job description for Employee Engangement & Employer Branding Intern at Dekoruma
What You’ll Do:
✅ Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Threads, including Stories, Reels, and Feed posts.
✅ Consistently publish Instagram Stories on a daily basis.
✅ Plan, manage, and maintain the social media content calendar.
✅ Shoot and produce photo and video content using an iPhone camera.
✅ Edit photos and videos using Canva and CapCut.
✅ Support and host TikTok Live collaborations with the DEC team.
✅ Assist in planning and executing Employee Engagement and Employer Branding initiatives and campaigns.
What We're Looking For:
☑️ Fresh graduate from Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, Design, or a related field.
☑️ Passionate about social media and always up to date with the latest digital trends.
☑️ Creative storyteller with a strong eye for visual content and aesthetics.
☑️ Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and iPhone photography/videography.
Familiar with managing Instagram, TikTok, and Threads.
☑️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with great attention to detail.
☑️ Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
☑️ Willing to use personal devices (laptop and smartphone) to support daily work activities.
