Job Descriptions:
- Create engaging content about company culture, employee benefits, and workplace initiatives.
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs, internal campaigns, and team-building activities.
- Manage employer branding content across social media, company websites, and recruitment platforms.
- Handle training administration, including scheduling, participant registration, attendance, certifications, and documentation.
- Monitor employee learning progress and prepare training reports.
- Support new employee onboarding.
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve learning programs and employee development initiatives
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Management, or other related field.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Interested in people management and recruitment.
