We're Hiring: Battery Pack & Robot Jockey Assembly Technician | Work In Dubai!
Alebel Tech is seeking a hands-on Assembly Technician to build, wire, test, and troubleshoot lithium-ion battery packs (18650/21700 cells) and integrate them into the Robot Jockey product, working closely with engineering, R&D, and production teams.
>Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and inspect cylindrical lithium-ion battery packs (18650/21700)
Perform spot welding, wiring harness assembly, crimping and soldering
Install and wire BMS boards, sensors, connectors and protection circuits
Perform electrical testing, charge/discharge testing and troubleshooting
Assemble and integrate battery packs into the Robot Jockey product
Install motors, actuators, sensors and PCB/control boards
>Requirements:
2+ years hands-on experience in battery pack or electromechanical assembly
Knowledge of 18650/21700 cells, BMS wiring, spot welding and soldering
Practical experience with multimeter and battery testing equipment
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics or related field preferred
