Electrical Supervisor
PT Space Technology Group (PT Megadaya Tangguh) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our growing EPC and Power Plant Projects team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical engineering activities, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and supporting the successful execution of power generation projects across Indonesia.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in EPC, power plant, industrial, or construction projects.
- Experienced in electrical engineering and site/field work.
- Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, SLD, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
- Able to calculate work volume / BOQ and prepare technical reports and cost estimates.
- Able to supervise electrical works in accordance with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- AutoCAD proficiency is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Jabodetabek domicile is preferred; candidates from outside Jabodetabek are welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical engineering and site activities for project execution.
- Read, interpret, and verify electrical drawings and technical documents.
- Calculate and review BOQ/work volume based on drawings and specifications.
- Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, and technical reports.
- Prepare and review cost estimates and quotations for electrical works.
- Supervise electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities on site.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Ensure electrical works comply with technical specifications, quality, HSE, and project schedules.
- Identify site issues and coordinate appropriate technical solutions and corrective actions.
