Job description for ELECTRICAL LEADER at PT Indo Sultan Jaya
Requirements:
- Minimum graMinimum education: Diploma 3 (D3) in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Instrumentation/Industrial Engineering or related fieldduated from Diploma any major
- Minimum 5 year of experience in a Mechanical Leader position, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Familiar with Control Instrument, Calibration, Vibration, Preventive & Corrective Instrumentation in Power Plant, Troubleshooting
- Mastering the basic concepts of Electronics (Low Electric Current)
- Strong technical skills in electrical fault-finding and maintenance
- Have good analytical thinking, communication, open-minded, proactive, detail-oriented , problem solving, decision making and leadership
Job Descriptions:
- Perform planned and preventative maintenance, and respond to machine breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Supervise and direct the work of the shift's electrical team, including task assignment, training, and performance feedback
- Ensure all electrical work complies with health, safety, and food safety standards, and conduct safety audits
- Oversee electrical systems to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of production lines to meet targets
- Drive initiatives for root cause analysis, implement solutions, and contribute to process and quality improvements
- Manage the engineering stores and ensure necessary parts and supplies are available
- Prepare and submit shift reports on performance, incidents, and other key metrics
