  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Electrical Engineer, Electrical Technician, atau posisi terkait.
  • Mahir menggunakan AutoCAD untuk pembuatan dan revisi gambar teknik kelistrikan.
  • Mampu membaca dan memahami single line diagram, wiring diagram, panel layout, dan gambar teknik lainnya.
  • Memahami sistem instalasi listrik, panel distribusi, kontrol, dan instrumentasi.
  • Mampu melakukan survei lapangan, inspeksi, troubleshooting, dan pengawasan pekerjaan di lapangan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
