Job description for Electrical Components Factory Manager at PT Setia Rizki Utama
Our client, a growing Manufacturing Electrical Components Electronics company with strong ambitions in operational excellence and system transformation, is looking for a high-caliber Factory Leader to take full ownership of plant performance, systems, and long-term scalability.
The Role
You will act as the key driver of factory performance, overseeing end-to-end operations while building structure, systems, and discipline across the organization.
You are expected to:
- Lead Production, Supply Chain, PPIC, Procurement, QA/QC, and GA
- Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and productivity improvement
- Build and implement structured workflows, SOPs, and quality systems
- Develop and execute short & long-term production and business strategies
- Ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and cost targets (COGM/HPP)
- Lead ERP / MES implementation & data-driven operations
- Handle electrical manufacturing processes (assembly, PCB, wiring, testing)
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, SNI, and safety protocols
What We’re Looking For
- We’re targeting someone who is not just operational — but transformational.
- Minimum 12 years in manufacturing, with 5+ years in senior leadership (Factory Manager / Senior Ops)
- Strong exposure in engineering, automation, machinery, or electronics manufacturing
- Solid understanding of manufacturing finance (budgeting, costing, pricing)
- Hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma / TPM
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams at scale
- Experience building systems from scratch in non-structured / family business environments is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capability
