REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Systems, or Automation Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in PLC programming or Industrial Automation will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Automation System Components is highly preferred (e.g., PLC, HMI, Servo, Arduino, Modbus, TCP/IP, and other Industrial Automation Systems).
- Hands-on experience handling projects involving Arduino, PLC, HMI, IoT, or other Automation Projects is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Eager to learn and highly adaptive to field/project requirements.
- Willing to provide operational support and travel to site/project locations where required.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop, modify, and optimize PLC programs based on project requirements and operational needs.
- Design, configure, and integrate HMI systems with machine control and automation systems.
- Perform commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of automated machinery and control systems.
- Integrate PLCs with peripheral devices such as VFDs, Servo Motors, Sensors, Actuators, and Industrial Communication Networks.
- Provide technical support to ensure smooth machine operation and minimize production downtime.
- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, including program backups and system records.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams to develop and improve automation systems and processes.
