Job description for Electrical & EHS Staff at PT Cosmo Manufacturing Indonesia
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance of electrical system of machinery and/or equipment
- Diagnose cause of electrical malfunction or failure of operational device
- Replace faulty wiring and electrical components of machines
- Align, adjust, and calibrate device according to specifications
- Maintain records of repairs, calibrations, and tests
- Develop and execute health and safety workplace according to the local legislation and Company’s requirement
- Evaluate practices, procedures and to assess risk and adherence to the local legislation
- Maintain health and safety related documentation, safe work practices, data and records, i.e. report on health and safety activity and performance
- Responsible for health and safety related inspection, audit and maintain site safety records
- Ensure all company operations comply with applicable EHS laws, regulations, and standards (including Manpower Ministry and environmental regulations).
- Prepare, submit, and monitor EHS-related permits (e.g., UKL-UPL/AMDAL conditions, IPLC, hazardous waste permits, fire safety approvals, OSS licensing requirements, etc).
- Other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field of studies
- Possess K3 Umum certification
- Have a solid understanding of permit processes related to EHS
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Strong organisational skills, complex problem solving and analytical abilities
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
