Job description for ekspor import staff at PT Manusia Takdir Langit (MATALA)
Hello everyone, one of Matala's clients is hiring for position Export & Import Logistic
Company's location: Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
Proficiency in English (able to speak in daily conversation) is a must
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operation for Export & Import activities (especially for document matters) and ensure that they are monitored, reported, and reviewed for accuracy, in accordance with applicable national laws, regulations, rules, policies and procedures.
- Closely monitor the progress of work orders and keep the customers informed on regular basis.
- Handle technical problems that occur in the field and regulate trucking operations for loading and unloading activities.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time.
- Experience in dealing for cross-trade and U.S. trade lane will be added advantage.
Requirements:
- Candidate possess in any Bachelor field (preferably in Transportation, Logistic/Supply Chain Management)
- 0-1 year experience; Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Understand and ensure the implementation of all the regulation for Export & Import
- Understand the workings of the PIB or PEB module and BC 23 reports
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa, proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage to liaise with clients
- Required skills: Initiative, Coordination Skill, Negotiation Skill, Customer Service and Relation Management.
