Berpengalaman sebagai Chef minimal 3 tahun

Memahami kitchen operational, costing, dan quality control

Mampu membuat menu makanan Indonesia & Western

Memiliki leadership, disiplin, dan attitude kerja yang baik

Mampu bekerja cepat, rapi, dan under pressure

Menjaga kebersihan area kitchen dan standar hygiene

Bersedia bekerja shifting, weekend, dan hari libur bila dibutuhkan

Tanggung Jawab:

Menyiapkan dan memastikan kualitas makanan sesuai standar

Mengatur preparation, stock bahan baku, dan kontrol kitchen

Menjaga konsistensi rasa dan presentasi makanan

Mengawasi kebersihan serta operasional kitchen harian
