Job description for Eksekutif Chef at Kenes

* Pendidikan minimal SMK Tata Boga/Diploma/S1 Tata Boga, Hospitality, atau bidang terkait.

* Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai Head Chef / Sous Chef / Executive Chef di restoran, hotel, bakery, catering, atau industri F&B.

* Memahami manajemen operasional kitchen dan alur produksi makanan.

* Menguasai food costing, inventory control, stock management, dan waste control.

* Memahami standar food safety, hygiene, sanitasi, HACCP, FIFO, LIFO DAN FEFO

* Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, dan team management yang baik.

* Mampu membuat SOP kitchen, standard recipe, dan standard plating.

* Kreatif dan inovatif dalam pengembangan menu sesuai tren pasar dan kebutuhan bisnis.

* Mampu bekerja dengan target, di bawah tekanan, dan dalam lingkungan kerja yang cepat.

* Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan decision making yang baik.

* Mampu melakukan training, coaching, dan evaluasi tim kitchen.

* Disiplin, bertanggung jawab, jujur, serta memiliki attitude kerja yang baik.

* Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift, hari libur, atau saat high season operasional.
* memiliki sertifikat chef (nilai tambahan)
