Job description for Educational Advisor NLEC Bandung at Northern Lights Education Center
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in marketing major).
- Has at least 1 years of working experience in B2C, B2B in retail/education/other industry with proven successful track record.
- Has self-motivation, able to self-learning, problem solving and winning attitude.
- Strong persuation communication skill, both verbal and written.
- Able to convincing customer via direct sales, phone call, any written communication tools.
- Able to speak Japanese or has Japanese experiences will be an additional points.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Sales
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make sales.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via
telephone calls and emails
• Cold calling to arrange meetings / e-meetings with potential customers to prospect.
• Acting as a contact between companies, schools or universities and its existing and potential markets
Retention
• As person in charge to bridge the relationship between students and NLEC
• Ensure students have a good learning experience at NLEC.
• Support students to achieve their Japanese learning goals and do retention.
