Job description for Education Sales at HEI Schools Senayan
Responsibilities:
- Manage the database of prospective parents (phone/WhatsApp contact information).
- Handle inbound and outbound communication professionally through WhatsApp.
- Respond to messages and answer parents’ inquiries regarding trial classes, programs, and school fees.
- Confirm trial class schedules and ensure attendance (show-up).
- Arrange and organize trial class bookings according to parents’ preferences.
- Conduct follow-ups to increase conversion from trial classes to enrollment.
- Build and maintain good relationships with parents.
- Be target-oriented with daily/weekly/monthly goals (booking, show-up, enrollment).
- Prepare regular reports on follow-up activities and sales results.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
- Experienced in using WhatsApp Business for customer communication.
- For HEI Schools: able to communicate actively in English via chat/WhatsApp.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Google Spreadsheet.
- Possess good, persuasive, and friendly communication skills.
- Target-driven and familiar with working under KPI metrics.
