Job description for Education Partnership Officer (B2B) Intern at Qelas.ID
- Market Research: Identify and compile a list of potential schools and educational institutions to target for qelas.id’s services.
- Outreach Support: Assist in conducting outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels to introduce qelas.id’s offerings.
- Partnership Development: Help build and maintain positive relationships with schools and educational decision-makers, such as principals, teachers, and administrators.
- Proposal Preparation: Support the creation of tailored proposals and presentations that showcase the value of qelas.id’s solutions for schools.
- Pipeline Management: Track outreach activities, update the partnership database, and report on the progress of leads and opportunities.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing and participating in workshops, webinars, or meetings to engage with prospective school partners.
- Feedback Collection: Gather insights from schools and institutions to improve qelas.id’s products and services.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Passion for Education: Genuine interest in the education sector and improving the quality of teaching and learning in Indonesia.
- Proactive Attitude: Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to achieving team goals.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and other productivity tools.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Comfortable working collaboratively with different teams while also being able to work independently.
- Identify and connect with at least 10 potential school partners each month.
- Secure positive feedback from schools about qelas.id’s offerings and outreach approach.
- Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to enhance qelas.id’s B2B strategy.
- Demonstrate growth in communication and partnership-building skills over the internship period.
- Valuable experience in B2B sales and business development in the education sector.
