Education Consultant
Genius Mind Home Tuition LLP is a Singapore-based home tuition agency. We are looking for motivated and driven Education Consultants to join our growing team.
As an Education Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding parents' and students' tuition needs and matching them with suitable tutors from our available pool. No cold calling or hard selling is required — clients, leads, tutor profiles, and the necessary resources will be provided by the company.
Your role is to communicate effectively with clients, understand their requirements, recommend suitable tutors, and coordinate the arrangement through to successful confirmation and payment.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with parents and students to understand their tuition requirements.
Match and recommend suitable tutors based on the client's needs.
Provide tutor profiles and relevant information to clients.
Coordinate communication between clients and tutors.
Follow up on enquiries and assist clients throughout the matching process.
Ensure timely and professional communication with clients.
Manage assigned leads and make full use of the resources provided.
Once an assignment is successfully confirmed and payment has been collected, the sale will be credited towards your commission.
Requirements
Bilingual in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
Possess a smartphone in good working condition.
Possess a laptop in good working condition.
Have an empty WhatsApp Business account available for work purposes.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Responsible, responsive, organised, and able to work independently.
Highly motivated and driven to achieve results.
Comfortable working in a commission-based role.
Training & Assessment
Successful candidates must complete 2 weeks of compulsory paid on-site training.
A test and assessment will be conducted after the training period. Only candidates who successfully pass the assessment will proceed to continue in the role.
Working Hours
9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily, including weekends and public holidays.
The role offers flexibility within the working arrangement, but consultants are expected to remain responsive and manage assigned clients and enquiries responsibly during operating hours.
Leave & Work Location
Unlimited leave, subject to proper work arrangements and responsibilities being managed.
Flexible working location available after successfully passing probation.
Earnings
This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential.
Minimum target take-home earnings: IDR 10,000,000 (10 JT) per month
No cap on monthly earnings.
The highest earning record achieved by a consultant is IDR 60,000,000 (60 JT) in a month.
Your income will depend on your performance and the number of successfully confirmed assignments and payments collected. The company provides clients, leads, tutors, and the necessary resources — your focus is on providing good service and successfully matching the right tutor to each client.
