Job description for Education Consultant at EduAll
EduALL is looking for a driven and people-oriented Education Consultant to support the growth of our education programs.
In this role, you will guide prospective students and parents through consultation and enrollment processes, understand their academic needs, and recommend suitable learning solutions and programs. You will also play a key role in building relationships, supporting customer experience, and driving enrollment growth.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up inquiries from prospective students and parents through various communication channels
- Identify sales opportunities with existing and new customers to support program enrollments
- Conduct consultation sessions to understand students’ needs and recommend suitable programs
- Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with students, parents, schools, and customers
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives alongside internal teams
- Maintain accurate student and customer database records
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and learning experience
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Sales, Education Consulting, Marketing, Customer Relations, or Business Development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Confident, target-oriented, and service-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Passionate about education and student development
